All RoAssets products remain the intellectual property of RoAssets. A purchase grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership, source rights, or resale rights of any kind.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise redistribute any file, script, model or UI from a RoAssets product, in whole or in part, modified or unmodified.
Files may only be shared with co-owners of the game the product is used in. Every collaborator's username must be listed in your purchase ticket before access is given.
You are responsible for the files after delivery. If a product is leaked by anyone you granted access to, you are held liable for that leak.
Fraudulent payments and chargebacks will be contested. Offending buyers are permanently blacklisted from RoAssets and may face legal action.
All sales are final. Refunds are only considered for proven issues on our end, such as delivery of the wrong file or a broken core system.
RoAssets products are tools. We make no guarantee of visits, revenue, concurrent players, or any other outcome for your game.
Bug fixes are provided free of charge. Feature additions and ongoing maintenance are selective and are not guaranteed.
You may use purchased products in personal and commercial Roblox games under your own account or group. You may not resell, relicense, or distribute the template or asset itself.
Credit is appreciated but not required. Claiming authorship of a RoAssets product, or presenting it as your own work for sale, is prohibited.
RoAssets may revoke access, support and future purchasing rights at any time for violations of these terms.
We actively monitor for leaks and unauthorized use, and will pursue DMCA takedowns and legal remedies where necessary.
You are responsible for reading these terms, securing your files, and ensuring your usage complies with Roblox's own Terms of Use.
RoAssets is not liable if Roblox removes, moderates or restricts a game that uses our products, for any reason.
These terms may be amended at any time. Continued use of RoAssets products constitutes acceptance of the current version.
